2Account Registration & Verification

Single Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one account. If a person is found to have opened multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may maintain separate accounts provided they use different devices and payment methods, though verification may be required if any concerns arise.

KYC Verification

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Withdrawal Rules

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

You may close your account at any time by contacting support and submitting a request. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon closure.

In the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud, bkbk33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Winnings and bonuses may be forfeited in such cases, though original deposits are generally refunded after investigation.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly service charge of ৳100. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically. An email warning will be sent 3 months before the inactivity charge begins.

8Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Bkbk33 always strives to maintain the highest standard of service. However, there are certain areas where our liability has limits:

• Bkbk33 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• We are not liable for any losses caused by issues with third-party software, including browsers or mobile apps.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets may be voided.
• Bkbk33 is not responsible if a member's password or login credentials are accessed by another party.
• Bkbk33 is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming activity.

Bkbk33 strives to ensure all games and betting markets function correctly at all times. If service is disrupted due to server maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, advance notice will be provided where possible.

9Dispute Resolution & Complaints

For any disputes regarding bet results, payments, or account matters, please contact bkbk33's customer support first. The support team will respond within 48 hours.
